I offer training sessions that can be worked into your schedule once a week, twice a week, three times a week or more.
Pricing Structure:
6 sessions $240 ($40 per session)*
12 Week Body Blast (sessions as low as $30 each)
6 Month Healthy Lifestyle Program (sessions as low as $25 each)
6 Week Tune Up (sessions as low as $30 each)
*package must be paid in full
