
HomeBody Bootcamp is back for 2026 at Colonial Park in Guelph and will run throughout the spring, summer, and fall!
Each bootcamp round runs for 8 weeks with the first round starting Saturday May 2, 2026 at 9:00 am and will continue every Saturday at that time until June 27th (there will be no class June 13th).
This will be a circuit workout with dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, BOSU balls, battle rope, TRX, and other various pieces of equipment plus your own bodyweight to give you a fun and challenging full body workout!
Each workout includes a dynamic warmup to get you ready for the circuits with a 10 minute stretch/cooldown at the end. All fitness levels are welcome as exercises can be modified to suit whatever level you’re at.
